SALSA TIME

It's SALSA time in the kitchens!

Our team nutrition students harvested our ripe Roma tomatoes, sweet bell peppers and scorching hot peppers to make their own individualized salsas. Students were given the freedom to "free style" (students terminology) cook/mix using our own Pierce Garden Vvegetables (+ some store bought items). Taste testing at the end of Team Nutrition is always the reward! Yummy!
